I am a recent graduate of the Personal Support Worker course where I graduated with honors. I am compassionate about health care and offering my services to those in need. I do believe that everyone is special and deserve the chance to enjoy optimal health regardless of their health conditions. I posses experience providing care for clients with varied conditions such as Alzheimer, dementia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and and client with varied disabilities. Some of the duties perform are as follow: Vital Signs Check, mobility, transfer, bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, oral care, peri-care, emotional support, observe and record fluid intake and output when requested, check and record clients weight, observe and record observation in the appropriate log sheet, meal preparation and light housekeeping. I do believe that with the knowledge I have garner and my willingness to learn I would an asset to your family and or organization.
