Elder Care in Lithonia, Georgia

I have always held jobs where I have provided personal customer services, either directly or indirectly. Most recent job, I worked for J.C.Penney as a managing cosmetologist. In the year 2008, I started working for a home care agency by the name of Will Care. I was employed with them for two years. I provided personal care for home bound clients, some elderly and some possibly had physical handicaps. I assisted them with physical care and with household chores. I also traveled on a regular basis to many different homes within a twenty mile radius. I also ran errands for some of the clients, and provided companionship when necessary. I prepared meals, and at times that meant light cooking. I also provided laundry services, and ironed some parts of wardrobes on a regular basis. I washed dishes, swept , mopped, waxed floors. I bathed clients, shaved men's beards, provided bed baths, also combed hair for some clients. I also kept thorough record of any symptoms or problems , that may have plagued the client. If there was a need for immediate attention I notified the agency for further instructions. If it was a medical emergency, of course were instructed to call 911.
