I am a 29 yr old, Licensed Practical Nurse offering caretaker and companionship services in the Hattiesburg and surrounding areas. I have worked in nursing homes since I graduated Nursing School, but I found it difficult to meet the emotional needs of my patients the way I wished I could. There is always a time constraint to get to the next patient and hand out medications or face disciplinary action for taking too long with a patient who is lonely and just wishing for someone to talk to.
