Having to have gained experience with a Long Term Care Facility with almost 300 rooms. I take the job very seriously, knowledge of all Laws, Regulations, Dementia, and CPR and First Aide basics and more. I am looking for elderly who need care. I am willing to take the initiative with ADL's, help gain their independence, work as a team with fellow employees, and clients/patients/residence.
