Hello, I am Aleksandra, and my greatest passion is helping and caring for others. I am a gentle, patient, and calm person who can create safe and comfortable environment for seniors. Currently, I am studying physiotherapy at the University of Opole in Poland. With my education and experience, I can support elderly individuals in their daily activities, teach them proper walker or crutch use (if needed), and ensure safe physical activity, assist with medication reminders, self-care support and preparing nutritious meals. I also have knowledge about age-related diseases such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's and others, enabling me to communicate effectively with those affected by these conditions. I am a person of Polish - Ukrainian origin and both languages are native to me. My English is at a basic level and I understand 60% of the words. I am very actively working on improving my communication and learning the language. I am ready to wholeheartedly care for someone's grandparents :). With my sensitivity and dedication. I will ensure their well-being and provide support in their daily lives.
