Folole worked with my employer's mother and sister for about 3 - 4 years, and I was effectively, her supervisor. Folole is an excellent care provider - she is kind, patient, and warm. She is very attentive to her clients needs and wants. But most importantly, she cares a great deal for the people in her charge. I could tell that this is more than just a job for her, as she routinely went above and beyond her duties. Other than caring for her patients, she took it upon herself to cook (she would also bake the most delicious chocolate chip cookies!), prepare grocery and supplies lists, and do light housework and laundry. As an employee, she is professional, reliable, and trustworthy. I never had any issues with her in terms of the performance of her duties, communication, etc. She would always make sure to have someone to take her place when she had to take time off, which made for seamless transition in care. I can't begin to recommend Folole enough, and can commend her on the excellent service she provided over the years. She gave comfort and dignity to the people she cared for, and that's more than we could have hope for in a care provider.
