Hello, my name is Madison. I am currently a doctoral student studying psychology and have experience working with people with disabilities and mental illness. I love to about others and help them live a happy, healthy life. Description of Skills: As a doctoral student, I've learned about many obstacles individuals face across a lifetime and specifically studied senior citizens in my research clerkship. I also cared for an individual with down syndrome for 2 years. This experience allowed me to gain the skills to help someone bath, use the toilet, brush his or teeth, and even practice behavioral health associated to diet. As an intern at Loyola Preschool, I also taught sign language and taught children about hearing loss. In addition to sign language, I speak some Spanish and German. I can cook, clean, and I know CPR.
