Elder Care in West Vancouver, British Columbia

Im 31yo women, I have 5 years experience of caregiving in Elderly. And I'm a nursing graduate back home in the Philippines. I was handled client 83yo women who has a Dementa and Hip fracture in Taiwan. Here in Canada i handled 83yo old women who has a Dementia and Renal failure doing such as ADL's, dispensing medication,accompanied to her dialysis session 3x a week, preparing meal, maintaining hygiene,monitoring dietary and etc. And now I'm recently employed here in West Vancouver couple 91yo old women who pass away last year and 89 yo old men both has Dementia, doing such as medication,preparing meal,housekeeping,accompanied to Doctors and Dental appointment,groceries,companionship,assisting walking exercise etc.
