My fiance was severely injured in an automobile accident, he had 2 broken legs and a fractured shoulder. I cared for him 24/7 all by myself. I administered medicine a long with giving him insulin shots 4 times a day, and kept a log of his glucose levels. Took him to countless doctor's appointments when he was using his wheelchair for mobility. I also had to bathe, dress, and feed him. We used a bed pan for quite awhile and then a bedside commode.
