Elder Care in Ottawa, Ontario

Caring for an adult individual is an exciting and challenging experience for me, it gives me a very different perspective in life and a different field of nursing. It also give me a chance to ready my self to take care of my aging parent, which i would love to do. Currently working in a Rehabilitation Facility as a Nurse Aide who's responsible with the patient's activity of daily living. Most of our patients are Stroke and CVA whose motivatedto gain their strenght and self-confidence again. Together with their therapists and other interdisciplinary team, we are helping patients with bedside care, bathing, feeding, grooming, providing proper positioning and transferring.
