Devon L was a home health aide for my oldest brother for the past 2 years. My brother is almost 70 and has a developmental delay and limited mobility (he uses a walker). I saw Devon interact with my brother often. I always noticed how Devon brought out the best in my brother. For example he helped Robert broaden his interest in Westerns and classic family tv shows from the 70s and 80s. Devon took great care, but he didn't just do everything for my brother if a task was something my brother could do with support and guidance. Devon took time to get to know our family culture and found ways for my brother to be a part of that, for example, remembering birthdays. Devon has a great sense of humor and made my brother's day happy and bright. Devon truly cares about the people he works with. Additionally he was always professional, punctual, appropriate, and genuine.

When I interviewed Devon for the PCA position with our agency to work with our clients I immediately noticed his positive energy. After almost two years of having Mr. Lee as part of our team he demonstrated to be hard working, reliable and friendly.
