I got started in this line of work, back in September 1991 when I received a 1 year old with a lot of conditions and disabilities through foster care. We ended up getting custody of her and enjoying every day with her until 1 month after her 10th birthday. After she passed I started taking courses and training and took my schooling to be a certified healthcare/ homecare/ personal attendant, and I’ve been doing it since in some form
