Assist patient by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing and grooming. Help them w/excising, daily walks, pelting, special techniques and equipments. Personal hygiene, assist family members care for the patient by teaching approiate ways to care for patient. Medication reminder, take blood pressure, watch fluids intake. And provide encouragement and support. Can perform other duties as assigned.
