I my.current position am a Home care Coordinator both Bourbon & Scott Counties I am responsible for 3 Aides for approximately 43 Seniors..... provide Personal Care Healing Respite. and Escort. My responsibilities include all scheduling of Aides monitoring all monthly activitied. I am responsible for entering all appropriate paperwork into our system formulate a monthly report and billing for clients that do not meet the criteria for free services During sickness annual leave and unforseen circumstances I conduct the services until Aides return to duty. On a quarterly basis I call all Seniors personally to ascertain their daily welfare and check that they are happy with services we provide and to let the Aides know if further services become necrssary I also conduct quarterly supervisory home visits so that we are always in personal contact with the clients In my spare time I am a.volunteer with Hospice of the Bluegrass. A position I hav held for almost eight years both here and in California. I would elaborate my experiences fully if I am successful in being interviewed I am up to date on shots for Flu. And Tetanus as well as First Aid and CPR
