Hi, my name is Elizabeth! I’m someone who approaches things with a calm attitude, and is open to helping anyone without judgment. I easily connect with people older than me through a multitude of diverse activities. I find completing cross words, playing chess, knitting, or discussing the themes of famous books and the intention of the writers fun. As an inspiring nurse, I am also ready to overcome any challenge with empathy and determination in order to provide the elderly with outstanding care. Even though I enjoy all hobbies, I have a special place in my heart for arts and crafts. In my free time, I have learned how to make earrings, clay sculptures and the thing I love to draw the most are butterflies. I also like to just talk about anything interesting. If someone is passionate about something like sports or a TV show, I always love to hear their views regarding the subject. I am also fluent in Spanish, as I lived in Mexico for several years before high school. Cooking is also something that comes easily to me as I have experience working at fast food places like Taco Bell, so I am confident that I can make great burritos anytime. My intention is not only to supervise your loved ones or keep them company, but it is also essential for me to create a safe environment for each senior. That is why I am also trained in CPR and first aid as of recently. I’m also committed to constantly keeping in touch with every family member about the senior’s status throughout the day. No amount of messages are too many when it comes to the safety of your family when under my care.
