I am a 39 years old female who has been an LPN for 12 and a half years my license are currently not active I am working on gettimg them reinstated.. My nursing experience, i have worked at Dale Medical Center from Aug. 2004 until Oct. 2012 I worked on med-surg, geriatrics mental health, ICU , ER, post-op surgery. I have also worked at a mental health clinic which also included medical and neurology for two years. I have experience iin diabetes education , rehab and drug addiction education.
