Personal Profile: Hello my name is Mckenzie Lane. I have experience with dementia/Alzheimer's patients of 3 years. I moved from Texas after taking care of my grandfather for three years (in home care )who has issues related to dementia/Alzheimer's also parkinson's as well. I also have 4 years of experience working with children and housekeeping. I absolutely love children and enjoy working with them.The reason why I moved here is I felt that I had a better opportunity to move up in my career path. I always complete my work/tasks in a timely manner and you never have to question if I am putting my all into my work. I pride myself in doing the best job possible while still treating patients as people instead of just a job. I love being a caregiver and I really couldn't think of anything else I would want to do. Being a caregiver also is in my point of view is one way I can give back to the community and as well being a positive role model in society. I want to be a caregiver because I always enjoy bringing comfort to those in need. I am very compassionate, understanding, empathetic, have patience more than most, honest, and will always treat our patients with the up most respect and dignity for I truly believe that everyone deserves to be treated as such. Also another possible benefit of hiring me for this position is I am still furthering my education in this career path.
