I have about 2 years of experience being an activity aide, doing elderly rehabilitation and care taking in a nursing home. Working with patients with ailments such as dementia and Alzheimer's. Prepping and serving meals for them and just being a companion to socialize with. I also have experience planning and directing various activities for their entertainment, health, and development. I am very passionate about being in a role that involves helping senior citizens. Many are sadly forgotten about in their old age and I get a sense of fulfillment being able to play a part in brightening their day.
