Hi, My name is Tina an experienced full-time live out elder care provider as a personal support worker in Toronto. I provided care to a complex clients mostly on elderly patient in home care, hospital setting, retirement and nursing home. I can also give medication as per family request, i provide personal care ( bathing , assisting to go to the washroom., toiletting, diaper change, personal hygiene, assisting in walking , transferring and perform light exercise. I can accompany my client to their medical appointments, ( rehab / physiotherapy, chemotherapy treatment, and Doctor appointment. etc. ) I'm certified in Standard & First Aid training Level C and receive 2 Covid vaccines. Also, I can provide background check. I am holding G license and able to drive my client to their own vehicle.
