I am a semi-retired pastor with 17 years of Group Home Management experience. I have CPR and First Aid training as well as certification in Medication Administration. Over the past 40 years I have also pastored 3 different New England churches. As a Group Home Residential Counselor my responsibilities included caring for the daily needs of our residents, transporting them to and from doctor appointments, administering medications, preparing meals, filling daily reports, keeping over-sight of resident's finances and household expenditures, and providing opportunities for recreational activities and entertainment.
