Elder Care in Hermosa Beach, California

Nice to meet you, my name is Donna, and I live in Hermosa Beach. Although I don't have professional home care/nursing experience, I feel that I am very compassionate and a hard worker. Several years ago, I completed a medical assisting program and became certified. I was also the manager of a medical clinic and manager of a plasma collection facility for several years. Both gave me an opportunity to increase skills in time management, attention to detail, supervising personnel, and interacting with the public. Currently, I'm taking online courses and majoring in Marriage and Family Science working toward becoming an MFT. Again, I don't have official credentials, however, I cared for my grandparents before their passing. I stayed with my grandpa for 3 months and my grandma for 8 months. The experience is humbling. It was that hardest thing I've ever agreed to do.....yet I would not take one minute of the experience away.
