If you, or someone you love, has suffered a stroke, you know that after physical therapy, finding an exercise program to help you continue to progress is nearly impossible. That is where Medical Fitness Pros Stroke Survivors Wellness Program comes into play.
On Saturdays we have a wellness program just for stroke survivors. Taught in a small group setting by Medical Exercise Specialist, Andre Gremillion, this class is perfect for those discharged from physical therapy, but still dealing with some functional limitations.
