I’m a passionate Social and Health Care Worker who lives and breathes for helping individuals to realise and harness the enormous potential there is in using activities of daily living at their own home, senior homes or hospitals I am dedicated help and to communicating using activities of daily living and sparring about strategies in a minor group or in one-to-one sessions on daily or weekly bases. I have 5 years experience from home aide and senior homes and fine knowledge within the areas I know what it takes to create greater visibility and the result of the individual and of a company throughout activities of daily living . My work methodology is motivating, energeric, challenging and informal and is based upon my years in home aide, senior homes, and with work with physically and mentally challenged individuals Last but not least, I also help to create "High Performance" cultures by generating motivation and positive energy that can help produce better results. I help to identify hidden or untapped strengths and resources that will lead to releasing a greater percentage of both minor groups and individual potential.
