My name is Rochelle Hovland , I'm 36 . I am a mother to five amazing children. I have lived in V.C for 17 Yrs now . In 2000 I started work at the Sheynne Care Center ,I worked as a CNA on 3rd. Floor for 7 yrs. In 2007 I was welcomed into the Bridgeview Estates family . I was a CNA , housekeeper,bath aid and a med tech . I got my Med.tech certificate in 2008. For 8 wonderful yrs I enjoyed being part of their family . Even throughout the months of October to December when I was one of Jeanie Headlands little elfs ! And then Christmas decorating and putting up hundreds of Christmas trees was the highlight of the yr. getting ready for our open house was a BIG job, and also the biggest joy . To see the smiles on my residents faces, was a wonderful feeling .I still thought that I wanted to try something new ! I started working with the sisters at Sisters of Mary , " Maryville " I was with the sisters for about a yr. When I was asked to do a caregiving job , take care of a lady in her home . All of my nursing skills that I had gathered over the yrs. Was all being put to use . I was with my sweet lady for almost 2 yrs. I'm very open minded and believe that you should always treat everyone with kindness. I love meeting new people , trying new things . Making memories, and helping celebrate special traditions.
