Elder Care in Pointe-Claire, Quebec

I am Amelita Soledad, Filipino, 43 years old and single. Finished a degree of Bachelor Elementary Education and Caregiving both have passed the proficiency exam. I had a first aid training and CPR. I am health care provider here in Taiwan as live in caregiver for 4 years old a years 85 and 83 years old couple, grandma have cancer of the mouth and the grandfather have dementia, diabetes mellitus and hypertensive. And currently working here in Nursing Home for elderly for 6 years now. My duties and responsibilities are to provide a healthy and clean environment, preparing their meals to provide healthy and balance diet, assist bathing and grooming to promote proper hygiene and it includes marketing, running errands, do some exercise and accompany to visit physician. I am passionate, hardworking, kind, courageous, creative and resourceful. My passion of elderly will push me to choose this career because of their imagination, innocence and creativity which they act like kids. Elderly are simply my favorite, where I learn a lot like how to appreciate simple things like we learn to value our time with our love once. I enjoy the simplicity of their way of living as laid back.
