My sister lives in Oregon and has been diagnosed with dementia. She has only Social Security for income. We are in the process of getting her qualified for medicaid. She is currently in a rehab facility, and will be discharged soon. She cannot live on her own. She has no family in Oregon. I live in North Carolina. We need to find adequate care for her.
