Senior Caregiver Jobs including Mental Health in Ohio

Looking for assisted living for my mom. She is 47 in May and has Medicare, Medicaid, SSI. She had a sever stroke in 2006 and is pretty independent for the most part but she does in assistant with something. She is pretty good about taking showers on her own but some assistance is needed if the shower is not walk in.

Person has early dementia, can take care of personal needs. Basic needs for companionship, meal prep, some light housework. Can set schedule of late afternoon to early evening (4:00p to 8:00p) either daily or several days a week remains to be decided. ,

I am looking for a reliable, honest, caring aide to come and check in on my grandmother 2-3 times a week, and help with what is needed (doctor appointments, sorting the medication, reading/explaining instructions, etc). Someone who will be able to provide feedback on her status and condition to the family.
