Elder Care in Kennett, Missouri

Hey guys !! Im Brittany and i have 15 yrs of aid work experience, under my belt. However , i have been A CNA for the last 12 yrs now. So Majority of My skills came from hands on experience while working in nursing facilities ,and working through in home health agencies. The objective is to assist the person/persons in meeting their ADL's, for example : bathing, dressing, meals , activities ect, while offering a safe and positive enviroment, for them to do so in. I am skilled in providing complete & total care, extensive care, assisting with limited care, as well as supervising/monitoring independent care. I am skilled and experienced in working with ppl with Alzheimers ,Dementia , MR and other mental health issues. I love to care for others , honestly this is literally the only line of work ,i have ever done. However when it comes to taking care of someone? i have morals and values that i take very seriously. I am there to protect the one i care for while respecting their privacy and dignity. So i am a perfectionist , and take it seriously bc this is someones parent , grandparent and one day will be me. I work better with a consistent routine , so i can provide more accurate care and keep my sanity as well lol.
