Rosalie Donato is very thorough, detailed, compassionate, a team player and advocates for those that cannot do so for themselves. She is an excellent clinician who truly understands patients needs. Is flexible, always learning and takes instructions well. I appreciate that she follows up on cases that are still pending and has detailed documentation. She is one of very few nurses that does daily care coordination and truly takes her time to do a thorough RN visit. Her dedication and care to the patients radiates during every encounter. She would make a great asset to any team, you will never want to let her go.
