Elder Care Job in Longboat Key, Florida

My mother is 90 y/o and my 93 y/o father has been principal care giver; can no longer provide that role. She has dementia, mid stage, he is ambulatory but should not drive. The need light cleaning, cooking, med mgt and observation. She needs bathing and cleaning. Occasional Incontinence issue, so laundry needs doing regularly. 10 hour day shift ideal. They do have a guesthouse across courtyard suitable for staying especially in season when commuting is harder.
