Thank you for your consideration. I am an experienced caregiver/nurse aide and certified QMAP (medication administration professional) in CO. I have performed CNA duties including transfers, wound care, oversight of patients with advanced dementia and Alzheimers, traumatic brain injury, and simple companionship care. I have experience working with individuals on basic physical therapy exercises. I am willing to do light housekeeping if needed, can cook and prepare meals, and can be flexible depending on your needs. I love working with elders and children. I mostly work in private homes and have experience working with private individuals, but used to work in long-term care facilities and medical practices/long-term care. I have palliative care/hospice experience. My rate varies depending on the level of care required. My hours vary and depend on specific client needs.
