I have worked in the nursing field since 2005. I love taking care of residents. I take pride in my patients. Their well being, their happiness. The grooming is very important. I am well aware of how important the diet, the skin care and the companionship is to the patient. I notice mood swings, or the difference in the behavior of my patients. My goal was always make sure that i left my patient on a happy note. Their needs came first. Leaving my personal problems at home makes a difference in the happiness in the care that was given to my patients.
