I'm 77 years old, do not have a car and have qualified for paratransit services. The problem is that papatransit services here in Vallejo CA is never on time and has forgotten to pick me up to go for a medical appointment or did not pick me up after the appointment. I do not have anyone who can help me with appointmenrs outside my home. Once every two monrhs I travel by ferry to San Francisco for rheumicade infusions (takes 2-3 hours) and have noone to take to and from the ferry.
