I am TN Registered Nurse(RN) Lisc#-175611 with 15 years Health Care Experience. I started as Certified Nurse Tech(2001), got a B. S. In Atheltic Training(2007), worked as Certified Pharmacy Tech(2008-20...) while earning my Nursing Degree/BSN(2010), and then I spent 5 years working as full-time Staff RN at local Veteran's hospital. I have experience with Rehabilitation, Bed Side Nursing, Case Management, Supervision, Medication Administration, Long-Term Care, Acute and Chronic Psychiatric s, Dementia, and Geriatrics. I can care for Wounds, Diabetes, Pain, Memory Care, Feeding Devices, Urinary devices, and Most Medical/Nursing Prosthetic devices. Most families want to avoid the cost, the trauma of moving to their loved one and the uncertainty of Nursing Home care. Maybe I can help your family delay or prevent that move.
