herapy Partners is an independent Canadian company owned and operated by experienced therapists. We offer Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Social Work and Speech Language Therapy. Our professional multidisciplinary team provides personalized treatment programs to people of all ages. Our therapies are provided where they are most needed, in the home, school, workplace, long term care facility, or hospital. With experienced therapists from five different health professions we are able to provide efficient and effective services for a wide range of physical, emotional, and developmental disorders, as well as family and social issues. Our multidisciplinary team is ideally suited to intervene with acquired brain injuries, palliative care, mental health issues and other complex conditions that may require several therapy professionals.
