I have 3 years experience as a Residential Support Worker for adults with disabilities (Rett Syndrome, Down's Syndrome, Autism, developmental delay). My duties included medications, meal prep, transportation, planning/assisting activities, goal planning, administrative duties, personal care, community involvement etc. I also have experience as an RCA for seniors and Dementia Care.
