Thank you Live-In Caregiver (Elderly Care)  Prepare meals.  Accompany the elderly to doctors’ appointment.  Ensure safety.  Administer medicine in case of illness.  Assist in activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, exercise etc. STAFF NURSE  Give direct individualized care to patients  Assess, plan and evaluate nursing care with Senior staff as required  Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.  Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.  Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.  Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.  Accurately document care given.  Make beds, bathe, and feed patients.  May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.  Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team  Practice in accordance with the ward philosophy and demonstrate an understanding of the dynamics of teamwork.  Participate in maintaining a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for all patients.  Maintain clinical equipment, ensuring it is decontaminated and in working order  Support the implementation and evaluation of quality initiatives at unit level  Promote health education in practice
