Application: Hi, I'm Kara! I am located in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and I might be the perfect caregiver for your family member! My objective is to enhance the quality of life of the person I take care of, and to show you that I am reliable and driven to provide a fun and beneficial experience taking care of your family member(s)! Service Abilities: I have just finished my first year of Recreation Therapy at Confederation College, and would like to experience a real life opportunity to increase my experience in my field. I have my full G license and I am very comfortable with driving. I can provide many fun forms of therapy such as art therapy activities, animal therapy, or we could just sit back and watch a favorite movie while eating a healthy yet delicious dinner together! I am comfortable doing work such as preparing meals, helping with feeding, and many other things to help with your loved one's physical and mental heath. I recently became certified for being a Safe Talk advocate. This seminar focused on mental health awareness, and how to respond to mental health emergencies. I also am willing to travel.
