I am a current owner of Evergreen Quality Home Vancouver Washington 98685 . Right now we have one private room available with bathroom and very nice view. We are taking care of people with special needs such as: all types of dementia , physical therapy, stroke recovery, bed bound , etc. We live on -site with our family, we are loving providers, owners and care givers, and are in charge of day to day operations of the home. Additionally, an AFH setting allows residents to “age in place”, meaning they don’t have to relocate every time their need level advances, since specialized nursing care, therapy, or hospice professionals can come to the AFH.
