Elder Care in Billerica, Massachusetts

Hello, My name is Marisa. I am currently finishing up my nursing program at Regis College. I plan to take my nursing boards exam in June, and will become a registered nurse after passing that exam. I am looking for a home care position for the summer because many hospitals in the area will not be hiring newly licensed nurses until September. Although I will be looking for a job in a hospital I will be looking to keep a part time home care job on the side as well. I have experience with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I worked in a nursing home for 2 years and a hospital for 3 years as a nursing assistant. I am comfortable with providing daily care needs as well as nursing needs such as medication administration and care of different medical diagnoses.
