Reginald Evans worked in my home from 1998 through 2000. We continue to be friends as well as family. During that time Reggie worked several 3-10 pm shifts weekly, helping us with our four physically and mentally challenged children/young adults, three respite care physically and mentally challenged children/young adults as well as my own two children. The Individuals that Reggie worked with needed total care and had no self-help skills.We work together as a team and Reggie covered for us so that we could take time away from our home to take care of personal business. Individuals in our home grew to love Reggie and looked forward to anytime he was working. Reggie's hours were very flexible so that he could meet our needs as well as meeting his. Reggie was an advocate and was very diligent in taking care of our young people. Reggie was also very timely about keeping up the state required training. I believe that Reggie would be an asset to your program and to anybody that he works with. I'm confident that Reggie would do a great job and certainly has experience to help provide for others.
