I am a very loving, honest, compassionate,caring, reliable individual who likes to work with people who has challenges and need help in different areas, whether it may be companionship, assistance to regain independence, mobility, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Hospice care, bed bound or just to let them feel loved and know that they belonged or any other challenges that comes along. I have over 15 years experience working in this field and takes pride in job, making sure that Care Plan is followed and all ADLs is completed as required also observing client and reporting any changes in client's condition or behavior to the relevant party.
