Elder Care Job in Ajax, Ontario

I am seeking an Elderly Caregiver to provide care for my mother who is paralyzed on one side.. You will assist her in the daily care . Benefits package provided upon hiring. The position is 5 days per week from 08.00 Am till 05.00 Pm with 2 *15 minutes and 1*30 mins paid break times. The candidate is required to work alternating weekends . Occasional nights with advance notice is required and in such case day off will be given the fowling day.This is a full time position with a choice to live in or live out. Responsibilities: • Assist client with daily living activities • Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties • Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities • Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment Qualifications: • Previous experience in personal care . • Nursing background preferred but not necessary. • Compassionate and caring demeanor • Ability to build rapport with clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in • Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi is required as the client do not speak/understand any other language
