I have gained the knowledge and hands on experience required to be competent in the healthcare field especially as a medication tech or medical assistant. At my current employer I manage and administer medications including neb. treatments, meds via g-tube, PO meds, morphine buccal route etc. But I am competent in administering medications via all routes due to my clinical experience. Not only am I confident in my acquired nursing and medication administration skills but most importantly I posses the traits that to me devise or at least should devise nursing and caregiving.
