Hi there my name is Valerie, and I am a 21 year old college student (Sociology and Music). I have spent the last three years working with individuals with disabilities (with Easterseals, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Prader Willi Foundation, and Via West Services). I am CPR/First Aid certified, and I have experience/training in behavior management and personal care. I'm currently taking a break from school to save enough money to completely my education. I love getting to work with people, especially in smaller/1:1 settings. I enjoy getting to know people's stories and forming genuine connections with other, which can be very hard in a city as fast and vast as this one.
