Elder Care Job in Ocean Park, Washington

My aunt is a resident at Golden Sands, Ocean Park, WA. She's currently in the hospital for a serious UTI (full-time catheter) and very weak. She is too weak to feed herself and she can't return to Golden Sands without someone to feed her. Can/do you refer me to someone that can help with this? I also have three other things that I'm researching. 1. How can we get her signed up for pallative care? 2. I need referrals to skilled nursing facilities within 100 miles of her current location as it's likely she'll eventually end up in one of these 3. In the event my aunt is able to live with my cousin in her home in Ocean Park, do you have a referral of 24 hour care that could take care of her there? I checked several boxes below as all might be applicable depending upon where she lives
