For 18 years ( 1986-200...) I was a care-giver to my newly injured paraplegic late husband. For 5 years I partnered with a friend to care for the wife of a doctor with duties such as organization of entire house, personal shopping, personal care w/baths, meal planning & light cookin, entertainment (movies, lunches out, reading aloud, music,etc.)
Mostly in the end it's the companionship that counts!
