Application: Hey my name is Tonya. I am hoping to find an elderly care provider job in Collinsville, Oklahoma. I aim to be a skilled, energetic person. I will work part or full-time as required. 24 years experience in all areas of care including dialysis, wound care, tube feeding, dementia, etc. Can stay over night if needed.. Service Abilities: I am happy to help with personal care, bathing, and changing clothing. I have personal transportation available. Regarding my experience, I have extensive prior history in all areas of elderly care, love my dementia and Alzheimer's patients but can handle just about anything Booking An Appointment: My LPN license has recently lapsed as I had medical issues myself for a change, now resolved but was broke and sick at the time and needed to get taxes filed and didn't have the money to pay the renewal fee and tax commission.. I have worked in Tulsa area for 18 years now in Long term care and skilled units through the nursing home world. I went to OU in Norman and acquired my nursing home administrators degree and have done that as well.. just need a break and to get back on my feet. Miss my Golden People. Would rather do this than anything so I'm trying here before I look for employment outside of nursing until I get my nursing license back. I would not leave any one or situation or ask for more pay when I get my license reinstated.. I would be very appreciative of someone helping me and i do get close to my patients and families easily.. I have allot of love to give and I'm happy and easy going and love taking care of someone and seeing them happy.
