Julia (Yoon K) is a first class employee whose nursing training and practical experience has given her a deep understanding of theory and practice relating to her chosen profession. She applies her knowledge and skills with caring, sensitivity and compassion and can always be relied upon to carry out her duties in exemplary fashion. This she did for several months as a full time health care worker for my incapacitated wife, prior to her passing. Julia always performs duties associated with her role in a manner that is perfect for the situation. She is never late, always concerned for the well being of her patient, flexible in her work hours, and can always be trusted to identify and address any problems or potential problems affecting her patient’s health. Julia has excellent language and communication skills and seems always able to balance her work and family responsibilities without diminishing her customary cheerfulness and good humour. No-one could wish for a better employee. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any nursing position she may be seeking.
