Hi Connie! My names Fawn. I came across your ad seeking a care provider ror your father? Ill be honest, I wasn't currently looking for a job, but after reading your ad, i think we may be a good match. Im not a nurse but I am a careprovider & I have prior experience working w clients whom struggled w/althimerze.. Im strong, capable, and my schedules open & flexiable. A lil about me? Well for the past 3 yrs, (up until this pandemic started) Ive been a waitress over @ piner cafe, here in Santa Rosa. Along w waitressing, I usaully have an IHSS client on the side. Helping people, and making people happy, are my passion, and serving someone a good meal, as well as providing care for someone in need, are both great oppertunitys to make someone's day, or possiably even make a difference in someones life. Thats what happened w me and my last client. He started out as a client but quickly became my friend, up until i worked for, he started out as a client but qhickly became my friend. Last month we were on our way to the hospital when he passed away in my car, before we were able to get there. I learned alot from Steve and our experience together, i wouldnt trade it for the world but at the same time, i struggle w not becoming too emotionally invested with my clients. Steve was expecially hard because he didn't have any family so that became more of ky role than just his employee. Anyhow if you were to ask me what my weaknesses pertaing to this position would be, thatd be it. Its hard for me to care for someone long-term, and not become genuinely concerned for their well being. I felt Steves loss more than i expected so i had intended 9n takin a break from care providing for a bit, but then i saw your ad.
